Great service
From the salesperson, Mike, to Carrie who helps with financing and payments, to the great installers, 2 Mikes, Chris, and David, they were awesome from start to finish! There had been an issue when someone came to measure, but once customer service knew about it, they took care of the issue promptly!!! Highly recommend them even to my clients (I am a realtor). Why wouldn’t I recommend someone I use for my own home?
Loving the New Shower!
The entire experience and product was quality from start to finish! Jay Ream went above and beyond with his consumate attentiveness throughout the contract process. Thank you Jay for your patience in addressing our many questions and concerns. We are very glad that we pulled the trigger for the options - glass block window, shower doors, and ceiling panel. They are glamorous and centerpiece the room immaculately. The team of Paul, Nick and John did an outstanding job of installation. They worked through a plumbing irregularity and were able to complete the install on time and budget. Cleanup was excellent. Thank you again Joyce, and we look forward to considering your patio enclosures for our next project.
Windows install
My experience was great Brian Lee and Claris Dinyca they came in and started the process of the install they were very professional and they did a fabulous job I would love for next instal to be done by these people thank you

100 stars! Our designer was just wonderful to work with and we got more than we hoped for in a shower and bathtub replacement. Other companies told me that they couldn’t offer the custom touches that JFD could provide. I was anxious about the install, but our installers, Paul and Justus, couldn’t have been more professional and polite. 3 days to do 2 bathrooms. It’s beyond perfect. They respected our home and us. They made sure that things like shelves and safety bars were perfectly placed to my specifications. They kept the debris pile neat throughout the project and then cleaned up every piece when they finished. Drop cloths were placed the entire length of my home to protect the floors. I cannot rate them highly enough. My husband doesn’t get excited about spending money on home improvements, but he is thrilled with the work that they did and the installers themselves. At least get a quote and see what they can do for you. Again, we had other quotes, including a Jacuzzi certified company and they expected me to order my own shower doors and have them installed, didn’t stock Moen fixtures (top qu
Bathrooms Shower/tub replacement
My husband and I would highly recommend the installation crew team of Phil Hodos, Nick McHenry & John Krakora.. We had a shower replacement in master bathroom and tub/shower replacement in 2nd bathroom. We were highly impressed with their professionalism, work ethics and timeframe of completing the remodeling. They were very careful and friendly. We are very satisfied and happy with our new bathrooms!
Installation - Front Door & Sliding Patio Door
We received our new front entry door and patio sliding door. Both Chris Dinya & Brian Lee did a fantastic job with installation of our doors. Although out front entry door open was poorly constructed, both Chris and Brian worked through the issues to install the new door. The door looks fantastic - exactly what I wanted. Patio door challenge required them to flip the door to allow the door to open from the left side per our paperwork instead of the right side. I'm glad they were able to figure that out and make it work. Now, we're waiting on the trim pieces for the entry door to be completed, along with some issues with the patio glass and trim. The pandemic has made it challenging to work through shortages and quality control.

Two Remodeled Shower Areas
Our experience with Bath Planet, was excellent from start to finish. Our salesperson, Jay Ream, was thorough and accurate in his measurements, price quotes, and left contact information if we had any questions that might occur after he left. The installation team of Phil Hodos, Nick McHenry and John Krakora were friendly, considerate, and very skilled at their trade. We had some damage behind the existing walls and ceiling which they took care of before installing the new shower walls and ceiling. One bathroom had an old cast iron tub under an acrylic cover which they demolished and removed. They took all the old materials away. Our two bathrooms now look very modern and up to date. We are finishing the remaining areas of the rooms ourselves, but now have a great focal point upon which to make further decorative decisions. Phil and his crew left our house as clean as they found it and if not for the sparkling, shiny new shower areas we would never known anyone had been in our house.
Fantastic work
Phil and Nick were great. They went above and beyond my expectations in installing the new walk in shower. They offered suggestions, completed the work, and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them. Great job, couldn’t be happier.
Basement Shower Intstall
The installation went extremely well, it was completed in just one day. Phil and Nick were professional and friendly throughout the day. They made sure to point out any potential issues or variances from what I might have been expecting. All issues were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. They kept the area neat while they were working and cleaned up after themselves before they left. The shower looks great!
