Very Pleased
We found Joyce thru Angi’s List. They replaced our old rusted bathtub and ugly tile and old grout walls. From the salesman, to the person came out to measure to the office setting up the appointment, everyone was very nice and professional. They worked with us on pricing to help it fit within our budget. They kept in communication with us throughout the entire process so we knew what to expect and when. Lamere was our installer and he was great, He took extra care to lay down protective cloth and cleaned up any debris. We had a tiny issue with the shower curtain rod which they promptly sent someone out to fix. They gave us follow up cleaning and care instructions. We’ve never had acrylic before so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. So far, cleaning it has been a breeze.and we are very pleased. The warranty helps give us peace of mind to protect our investment.

Amazing Crew and Product

Install new tub and surround
Excellent. Highly recommended company. Showed up for the install when promised, Installed originally scheduled unavailable, JFD sent a crew of two from out of town to do the install . Austin and his partner were professional, efficient, and took care to clean up after each day's work. Austin left us with his personal cell number if we had any issues. We discovered a clog on Saturday evening about 2 feet into the drain pipe from the tub. Called Austin who answered immediately and talked me through removal of the clog. Would definitely use JFD again.
Sunroom is Finished
I had some other friends who have some issues with their sunroom installation and was nervous how this would go. Tim Hartley & Crew were very helpful and the final walk thru I saw that he took care of any small issues I found. Looks great and I am extremely happy with the result. I will be recommending Joyce to friends in the Charlotte, NC area.
