I want to give a big shout out to Phil Hobbs and Nick McHenry, our installers, who did a superb job installing our new shower. We had a shower conversion done and they did an excellent job. They were fast and efficient. Work was done in 2 days and done beautifully. Thank you so much for my new shower.

Great Experience
Tim G was the installer. He professional, on time, courteous, organized, pleasant, informative and kept the work area clean. When he was finished, there was not a scrap of anything inside or outside. The shower looks great. I would recommend Joyce Construction/BathPlanet to others.
Awesome
This was extremely professional operation from initial contact with Gary Cooper and product manager Ed. The installer Jim was here and did an awesome job, made sure it was to my liking before moving forward. They made sure it was cleaned before finishing each night.I want to thank everyone that made my dream come true.
New Roof
After a storm one day I noticed there was a small leak in my roof. I had my insurance company come out and they stated that I needed a complete roof replacement including some of the wood deck/sheathing. Rick from Joyce made this process very easy from the beginning to the end. He provided me with a quote that I could provide to my insurance company. Helped answer all of the questions they had as well as any that I had about the project. I LOVE the look of the new roof and it was completed in ONLY two days!
Brand New Doors!
Having an older home I loved the large wooden doors that came with the home. However, they were old, had some leaking problems, and were often hard to open/close. I replaced two main doors and one screen door. This process was so easy and the installation of all three doors only took one day! The installation was quick and easy. Mark and Adam were the best and super knowledgeable!!!

Happy with final result
I was looking to enclose my deck. I had placed an awning on the deck because I love to be outside. However, it was due to be replaced as they are only temporary. I was first looking to enclose my deck in a sun room. I got estimates from other places but Joyce listened to what I wanted and provided a reasonable price. I ended up with a screened in deck because the my deck did not have the proper footings to support sunroom glass windows. However, I am very happy with the result. They delivered quicker than originally proposed and the crew that came to the house worked very hard on 2 consecutive hot days. They represented the company very well. The electrician who came out was a contractor, but was very accommodating to making sure he met my expectations. Overall, a very pleasant experience from the sales process, to working with the blueprints, to the actual install. I definitely recommend Joyce.
A great Installer
Jim Rapp and his wife, Carrie, make a great team. They were very reliable and always arrived on the time agreed and worked long hours each day to install our new shower. Jim is a very meticulous about the details, and his wife was meticulous about keeping everything cleaned up and non-evasive in our home. Also they both have a good sense of humor even when project problems crept up such as a broken part arriving in its shipping box that set back the finish time. They results of our combination rain shower and wall shower fixtures were beautiful. I highly recommend this team.
