I met with Andrew this morning to go over possible tub to shower replacement. Andrew took the time to walk me through the entire process and help explain the differences to me with product and pricing. Before he left we worked out everything and I left feeling excited!
Confident with Joyce
From meeting the salesman, Gary, to the installers, the entire process went smoothly. The replacement windows are good quality. There wasn’t a speck of construction material left laying around. Overall, I felt confident and relaxed with Joyce and the crew with each step taken to the final product.
Amazing new walk-in shower
Tim was the contractor on this job. We had an old tub/shower unit that he removed, then prepared the space with new drywall and installed the new walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. The transformation is amazing! Tim has an incredible work ethic, not leaving until things were finished and ready for the next step. You couldn't ask for a nicer contractor and his work is impecable. If we ever plan to do another remodel project, we will requiest Tim to do the work. The shower material and the glass doors are top quality. I would recommend Joyce and Bath Planet to anyone.
Shower Replacement
Our experience was exceptional throughout the project. Especially pleased with the installer team of Jim Rapp and assistant Kerry. Jim is a true craftsman and demonstrated it especially in working around a thin wall and a wall containing a pocket door. He made everything fit perfectly. Very pleased with the final product in appearance and function. .
Great installation!
Just had my first shower in my Joyce tub to shower conversion and it's better than I'd imagined. Taylor and Austen did a great job, leaving the worksite spotless and ready to go. They checked fine details with me, to make sure I was completely satisfied with placement of the extras I'd ordered, tolerated my excited sneak peaks, and then went over care and maintanence of my new shower. Completely pleased with the entire experience, fromstart to finish.
Joyce Sales Representative
Rick Whitbourne was the sales representative who came to our home to give us a free installation quote. I will continue by saying that Rick was very pleasant to conversate with and very knowledgeable about the company and its products. He got right down to business and didn't try to sell or push anything off onto us that we didn't need or want. He answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable doing business with him. He was so personable. He was mindful of what we wanted to have done. Rick is actually the reason why we have decided to go forward with this company. We are excited about the future endeavor of the project. Thank you so much Rick.
Bathroom
The guys showed up on time. Also they finished ahead of schedule. No complaints would use Joyce again
Dynamic Duo to my Rescue!!
WOW!!! My 92 year old mom sometimes stays with me and we needed a way for her to safely bathe. I contracted Joyce Manufacturing to remove the existing tub and install a walk in shower. The dynamic duo of Taylor and Austin were sent to do the job. From the moment they set foot on my property to the final wipe down, these two young men were everything a homeowner could ask for. Respectful, Professional, Communicative, Skilled, Pleasant Knowledgeable, Prompt to name a few of their many qualities. They worked well together always moving forward with the job. I would hire those two back in a heartbeat. Thank YOU!!!! for a job well done!!!
Beautiful Shower!
Harley and his helper (I wish I would've got his name) did an amazing job! They were both very respectful and completed the tub to shower conversion in 2 days and kept work areas clean. I was very impressed with them at the job they completed and was amazed by the transformation!
Nicest People Ever
My husband and I had an appointment to discuss putting a roof over our deck, and screening both our deck and the patio below it. All the right questions were asked and they were super-nice. We were very impressed. However, my husband had to have heart surgery so everything was put on hold. The day before the surgery, Robert came over with a bag of goodies for post surgery. We thought that was the sweetest thing to do. Unfortunately we did not go with Joyce but not because they were untrustworthy in any way, I wanted to see an example of their work and the nearest one was very distant for us to drive. We ultimately went with a builder who has worked on several homes on our block and like Joyce, was given rave reviews. I can not tell you how the outcome would have been but I can say that in my opinion, this is a reliable, friendly and warm company to work with based on Robert and his associates time with us and Robert's follow-ups and concern for my husband.. Had they done any porches in our area, they would have been our first choice. I thank them for their time and their kindness.
