I love my new shower!
David and Bailey our installers did a wonderful job. They showed up on time and left everything clean both nights. Their work was outstanding, and the finished shower is beautiful

We were hesitant to spend the money to convert our tub to a shower. However, Joyce Factory Direct worked with us to make it affordable and we are so glad we did it. Our new shower looks fabulous! We waited 2 months for installation which was shorter than what we were initially told. The installation took two days and after the first day the bathroom door was closed so I assumed it wouldn't be usable and I couldn't have been more wrong! The bathroom was spotless, and all the tools were neatly organized within the shower space so we could use the remainder of the room that evening. The installers (Phil Hodos, Nick McHenry, and John Krakora) were excellent. They made sure we were included in all decisions that were made and checked with us before installing shelves and the seat. They made sure any mess was contained within the bathroom and did a great job cleaning up. They were friendly and hardworking taking few breaks during their 9-hour day, and their workmanship was excellent as well. They treated our home as if it was their own. The shower turned out beautiful and we are very glad we used Joyce

We have praise for Tracy, Taylor and Austin. The sales meeting was excellent, and the installers were the best team we have seen in a long time. They were efficient, polite, prepared and informative. They left everything better than they found it and expressed support for us and for our welfare. Their work ethic and professionalism were exemplary. Shower/Tub Install
BathPlanet shower/tub looks great. So far, zero issues. The installer, Matt D, was the best installer I've ever worked with for any job. He was courteous, a hustler, and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Cleaned up after himself after he was finished and made sure everything was perfect. Overall a great experience!

This was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. The salesman was great. I had the tub removed and replaced with a walk in shower. Tim did a superb job his work is impeccable. I have a gorgeous new shower. I would highly recommend Joyce and Tim

Taylor Pollio and his crewman, Austin, are the most efficient, friendly, helpful, astonishingly quiet and clean crew ever in my home. Im keeping their contact info forever. i will review the tub soon.
Amazing work, Wonderful people
James Gass, his grandson, Landon, his brother Cal, and Cal’s wife, Betty, were so wonderful. They took their time, made sure all of our needs were met, cleaned up all the work areas, and left their phone numbers, in case anything went awry. Not only are they the best at what they do, they’re Christians, so we had good conversations while they were working. They always stayed positive, even though they had their work cut out for them. They were polite, and very professional. Ed, our project manager, also met our needs as things came up. The wait for our windows, was well worth it! Now we are enjoying the cool temperatures that we’ve never been able to do before.
